Well, here I am again. After a long time of not writing anything but lists and planners, I’m back to writing on a blog. I have been a chef for over two years now, I’m turning twenty in October, and I’ve been to culinary school, and I have been working in a restaurant/steakhouse for that whole time as well, and I hate it.
